Inbound Growth Marketer - Firstup

We have officially merged and are thrilled to announce our new name, Firstup!

At Firstup, we believe in the transformational power of inclusivity, meaningful connections, and personalized experiences on the future of work. As a member of the growth team, the inbound role will focus on building an integrated approach across organic and paid search and social, paid media and early stage/thought leadership content and technical optimizations needed to drive inbound visits for our solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Strategy. Develop and execute a persona-based strategy to create quality top of funnel inbound demand for our Firstup solutions.

-SEO. Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our keyword and content strategy to create inbound traffic and conversions.

-Conversion: Optimize conversion tactics to ensure traffic translates into quality leads.

-Social. Create discipline and best practices across the social portfolio and operating model (paid, owned, earned) of Firstup with a focus on content/publishing, moderation, and scaling to increase engagement and drive traffic to Firstup.io.

-Collaboration. Work seamlessly with content marketing, events, and product marketing to execute an integrated approach.

Qualifications:

-BA/BS degree

-4+ years experience in a demand generation/growth marketing role at a B2B software company

-SEO expertise in acquiring quality top of funnel leadsExperience with marketing tools, including automation and CRM.

-Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.

-Meticulously data-driven approach to strategy and tactics with the ability to present ideas and results.

-Demonstrated record of delivering high-quality projects with independence and confidence.

-Self-starter who takes the initiative, incorporates feedback and executes.
