Sales Development Representative - Firstup

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to help us expand our lead in the emerging space of workplace communications.

Responsibilities:
-Work independently to develop a qualified pipeline of business
-Develop strategies and a repeatable process to identify top target prospects and contacts by leveraging prospecting tools and creative outbound calling techniques.
-Proactively establish rapport and relationships with key stakeholders, director level and above, including senior executives (VPs, SVPs, EVPs).
-Drive revenue by researching and fostering new accounts within a territory, new contacts in existing accounts, and various personas and their priorities.
-Generate well-qualified meetings that fuel revenue pipeline growth for our Account Executives and Sales Directors through outreach activities.
-Strategically define the Firstup value proposition and story, with unique differentiators that are relevant to the target industries and accounts.
-Collaborate with territory teammates to prioritize outbound target account plans within a specific territory.
-Nurture prospects through email, direct mail, social media, and other outreach channels.
-Partner with marketing to develop interest and drive attendance to events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
-Stay current on the Firstup platform, competitive landscape, and current trends in the marketplace.
-Manage all activities in Salesforce.com to ensure good reporting and communication.
-Achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings.

-BA/BS Degree
